Position: Area Sales Manager (CSD) -Canteen sales/Institutional Sales NORTH AND EASTERN CANTEENS

Job Profile: - The incumbent will be responsible for meeting Sales, Distribution and Visibility objectives of the channel. - The candidate is expected to drive the business through his team providing the necessary leadership to conduct business with a high degree of systemic control, integrity and passion. -

Liaison with CSD Depots, URCs and its Regional offices is a critical part of the job.

Key Responsibilities (only key and not complete): - Develop business through existing brands and new product introductions; drive his team to meet the business objectives. - Set annual / monthly sales target to the team and ensure product availability to meet the sales objectives. - Plan and recommend brand promotion and visibility initiatives for the URCs and maintain it through the team. - Possess total control on System & Administration and maintain data base for business analysis and interpretation. -

Establish productive relationship with CSD Regional office, Depots, URCs and key officials to hasten up introduction, pricing, collection, and negotiation process. - Keep complete control on receivables, coordinate with Corporate finance and track outstanding. - Fulfill all statutory requirements namely Octroi and VAT exemption certificates to meet commercial norms. -

Forecast in a manner such that there are no OOSs or excesses. - Be completely in charge of Training / Development of the sales force.
